I would recommend the premium cotton instead of the normal, some shirts do not have the option , but the normal one isn’t very agreeable to wear. For international shipping, be aware that the company badly manages it, their transport partners will cost you additional hidden 30$ for "file management". The company doesn’t want to do anything about it."
